Job summary

The Caravan and Motorhome Club is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects nationwide, coordinating design, procurement and on-site supervision. You will ensure compliance with CDM, manage budgets and report to senior management.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in construction project management, JCT contract administration experience, and either a degree/HND or CIOB membership. A driver with UK access is important for travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in construction project management with multi-project exposure.
• Experience of JCT Contract administration.
• Educated to degree/HND level; CIOB member preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client-side management of multiple construction projects from inception to defects closure.
• Coordinate design, specification, procurement of Major Works within timescales and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and health and safety on site.
• Prepare cost estimates and capital expenditure reports for senior management.
