Construction Project Manager - Industrial and Logistics, Chesterfield

Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market, specializing in Industrial and Logistics projects.

This firm handles interesting and complex schemes and promotes a strong work ethic, industry leadership, training, professional development, and setting industry standards.

Located in London with offices across the UK and Europe, the role involves working in their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics sector on new build warehouses for property developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Current projects include installing new mezzanine floors in existing assets and implementing automation systems.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Understanding of JCT Contracts
• Experience with private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centres preferred)
• Experience in Built Environment Consultancy or Property Development
• Full Driving License
• Contract administration or employer's agent experience

The role offers a base salary of up to £65,000, plus benefits including a bonus, pension, private healthcare, and additional perks.
