Job summary

Bovis Group is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership across construction projects from initiation to completion in Manchester. You will develop detailed plans, drive delivery, and manage costs while upholding health, safety and environmental policies.

You will coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and clients to maximise value and ensure on-time completion. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, at least 5 years of project management experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management with delivery track record.
• Experience with complex construction projects; public sector or historic buildings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
• Leadership skills to motivate a diverse project team.
• Proficiency in project management software; BIM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out package delivery within timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and preservation experts to align goals while maintaining historic integrity.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor costs, identify overruns and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; provide updates.
