Job Description:

The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by Managing Director Mark Smith, we have built a reputation for delivering medium to large scale projects up to £20m with quality and reliability.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team due to increased workload. This permanent position involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.

The successful candidate will oversee all project aspects from Pre-Construction to on-site management, including staff, subcontractors, health and safety, scheduling, and client and architect liaison. Responsibilities also include procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure project quality, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
