Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support our client's expanding operations in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in general contracting and be ready to lead projects from inception to handover, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with strict deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring targets for time, cost, and quality are met.
· Prepare, update, and oversee detailed project schedules.
· Monitor all phases of work, proactively reporting progress and risks.
· Maintain strong on-site presence, supervising day-to-day activities and contractors.
· Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
· Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction or general contracting.
· Solid understanding of site operations and technical drawings.
· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
· Proficient with Autocad 2D, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledge of the Italian language.
