Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This permanent position involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from Pre-Construction to on-site management, including overseeing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines and budget.
