Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support our client's expanding operations in London. The successful candidate will lead projects from inception to handover, ensuring high quality and compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, meeting targets for time, cost, and quality.
• Prepare, update, and oversee detailed project schedules.
• Monitor all phases of work, proactively reporting progress and risks.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, supervising daily activities and contractors.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of site operations and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Autocad 2D, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Italian language.
