The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering project values between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our existing team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction through on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, scheduling, as well as client and architect liaison. Responsibilities also include overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget.
