Job Description:

The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. HACS was established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith and has built a reputation based on quality and reliability for delivering medium to large scale projects of up to £20m.

Due to increased workload we are now looking for another experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position working on project values between £3m and £20m within a 30 miles radius of Harrogate.

Working alongside our existing extensive team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management of internal staff as well as sub-contractors, health and safety, works programming plus client and architect liaison. Also overseeing materials and sub contract procurement to ensure a top quality finished project is delivered to required deadlines and budget.

Experience and Qualifications required

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and budget
• Minimum of 10 years Site Management Experience required
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practice
• Experience and proficiency on using Microsoft Project

• Experience of successful people Management and excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and experience as well as a minimum SMSTS qualification are required.
