Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of residential remodel and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews. Foster collaboration between designers, architects, and clients.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets. Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium quality.
• Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project timelines, adjusting as needed to accommodate challenges or client requests.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the process.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and design intent.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve challenges that arise during construction, minimizing impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a focus on high-end remodels and renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, particularly in luxury home settings.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project).
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
