A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate. Successful candidates will manage projects valued from £3m to £20m, ensuring quality and timely completion while working closely with clients and contractors.
The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, we have built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects of up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This permanent position involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, handling all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
