Job summary

McDonalds Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee reinvestment projects across existing restaurants in the UK. You will lead the full lifecycle from design through construction, coordinating with franchisees, suppliers, designers, and internal teams to ensure value and quality.

The role requires strong cost control, the ability to work autonomously, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7 yrs construction project management or commercial fitout background.
• RICS/CIOB/APM qualification required.
• Work autonomously with strong leadership.
• Experience leading project teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Strong financial cost management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake full lifecycle of NEXT reinvestment construction projects.
• Engage with Franchisees, Crew, Designers, QS, Contractors and other departments.
• Coordinate and supervise detailed design and cost control.
• Monitor programmes to ensure timely delivery and value for money.
• Supervise site inspections, meetings and defect identification inspections.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards and H&S regulations.
