Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading hospitality brand to appoint a Project Manager in Greater London. You will oversee restaurant construction projects, from light refurbishments to full-scale remodels, working closely with Operations, General Managers and Head Chefs to maintain the brand’s high standards.

You will lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing external teams and contractors, with strong budget control and a sharp eye for compliance with Health & Safety, Building

Qualifications

• Experience of restaurant construction projects.
• Strong programme management capability; pre-construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven budget and cost control skills with scope of works and cost of works.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and suppliers (tendering and negotiations).
• Ensuring planning, management and monitoring comply with Health & Safety, Building Regulations and Fire Safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant construction projects from light touch to full-scale remodels.
• Prioritise investment across sites based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, General Managers and Head Chefs to keep restaurants performing.
• Coordinate with external teams and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Building Regulations and Fire Safety for all works.
