Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an exceptional Construction Director to lead delivery of a landmark hyperscale data centre programme in the South East. You will take overall responsibility for construction delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning, providing strategic leadership across multidisciplinary teams and Tier 1 delivery partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ construction management experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven delivery of major £100m+ construction projects
• Extensive experience leading and managing Tier 1 contractors
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Strong commercial, programme, risk and delivery expertise
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and project stakeholders
