As a Construction Progress Coach, you’ll act as the key link between apprentices, employers, and tutors. You’ll help ensure apprentices are progressing effectively, support communication between site and college, and work closely with teaching staff to make sure learners remain on track throughout their apprenticeship journey.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Construction background and excellent communication skills. You’ll be confident engaging with apprentices, employers, and internal teams, with the organisation and professionalism needed to represent the College well. Previous experience within apprenticeships or education would be beneficial, but the key requirement is a strong understanding of construction, a proactive attitude, and a genuine motivation to support learner success.
