Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of new centre openings and refurbishment programmes. You will manage external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with design standards.

The role involves coordinating scope, programme and cost, ensuring fit-out aligns with global guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across markets.

Qualifications

• Significant project / programme management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience opening multiple sites to demanding timescales and tight budgets.
• Proactive problem solving with a customer-first approach.
• Highly commercial with experience of reducing cost whilst improving standardisation.
• Attention to detail and ability to cope with ambiguity, change.
• Resilience with focus on end goals across countries and cultures.
• Experience selecting and managing partners for large Design & Build programmes.

Responsibilities

• Programme manage end-to-end delivery with outsourced partners; ensure clarity on expectations, deadlines and issues.
• Fully accountable for scope, programme and cost.
• Ensure partners manage fit-out in line with global design and build standards.
• Plan refurbishment and maintenance of the existing estate with minimal customer disruption.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders; supervise supplier performance per contracts.
• Utilise network to partner with the right suppliers.
