You will support procurement across multiple construction projects, raise and manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and site teams, and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Background in procurement.
• Experience in construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchasing requisitions received from Site Managers and convert into purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain an effective system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Track orders through to fulfilment and maintain relevant documentation.
• Produce weekly purchase order reports highlighting supplier invoice variations.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure deliveries match purchase orders.
• Identify and report back-ordered, delayed or missing materials and products.
