Qualifications

• Background in procurement.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders.
• Liaising with suppliers and site teams.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and convert into accurate purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain a system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Track orders through to fulfilment and maintain documentation.
• Produce weekly purchase order reports for management.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure deliveries match purchase orders.
• Identify and report back-ordered, delayed or missing materials.
