You will bring hands-on construction experience to practical sessions, supervise workshops, and help learners develop skills in health and safety while the college provides support and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within Construction.
• Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction-related discipline.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in workshop or site.
• Hands-on practical skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical Construction instruction and workshop support.
• Assist lecturers in delivering engaging practical lessons.
• Supervise learners during workshop activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Full teacher training provided.
• Monday to Friday.
