Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead a multimillion-pound development in Dartford on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will own the project from design through handover, coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams on a site with ongoing operations.

The role offers autonomy to influence delivery, manage budgets and ensure quality, with a focus on collaboration and delivering against a challenging programme for a market-leading business.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, procurement and schedules.
• Experience working client-side on industrial or manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the multimillion-pound construction and development project from design through procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate with site leadership to deliver works alongside ongoing operations.
• Lead contractors, consultants and internal teams to meet scope, budget and quality targets.
