Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead a multimillion-pound development in Dartford on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Are you a Construction Project Manager looking to take ownership of a specialist, multimillion-pound development for a market-leading business?

This is an opportunity to lead a major investment project with the autonomy to make decisions, influence delivery and see the impact of your work on a large operational site.

This established organisation is a leader in its sector and is investing significantly in its facilities and future capabilities. You will play a central role in that investment, bringing together specialist contractors, consultants and internal teams to turn an ambitious development into reality.

Working client-side, you will manage the project through design, procurement, construction and handover. You will be the driving force behind delivery, taking ownership of the programme, budget and quality while coordinating works around an active manufacturing environment.

The Role:
