Qualifications
- Strong contentious and non-contentious technical skills.
- An established or developing client base.
- Commercial drive and ambition to build a practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the construction and engineering practice for the firm.
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts, appointments and warranties.
- Oversee adjudication, arbitration and litigation as needed.
- Collaborate with property teams on development finance, plot sales and development agreements.
- Grow the client base through firm infrastructure and referrals.
