We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This role offers valuable experience and skill development in projects such as civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete daily construction requirements on industrial sites
• Support project teams
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance, including tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and electrical works
• Carry out construction tasks efficiently and safely
• Follow safe working practices; report faulty equipment and hazards
• Provide daily updates on construction progress
