Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Construction Multi-Skilled Operatives to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
• Provide support to project team
• DIY & general building maintenance, including tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works.
• Carry out construction tasks efficiently and safely.
• Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and hazards.
• Provide daily updates on the progression of construction tasks

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to use initiative for proactive site construction/maintenance
• General maintenance skills: painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing, electrical
• Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Ability to meet deadlines
