Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects such as civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete all daily construction requirements to support projects on industrial sites.
• Provide support to the project team.
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance, including tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, and basic electrical works.
• Carry out construction tasks efficiently and safely.
• Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and hazards.
• Provide thorough daily updates on construction progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use initiative for proactive site construction/maintenance.
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
• Good communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
