You will drive the marketing strategy, manage digital channels, and lead PQQs, SQs and tender submissions while collaborating with estimating and business development to secure new opportunities. Strong writing and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Marketing Manager in construction, property or built environment.
• Demonstrable pre-construction and bid management experience.
• Strong writing and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategy.
• Lead digital, social media, website and email marketing.
• Lead production of PQQs, SQs, tender submissions and client presentations.
• Create case studies, project profiles and award submissions.
