Construction Manager / Project Manager - Data Centre

North London | £400m Data Centre Project | £90m Civils Package | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a strong Construction Manager / Project Manager to join a major £400m data centre project in North London, with Phase 1 including a significant £90m civils package.

This is a hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground role, suited to someone with a strong civils and enabling works background. We are looking for someone who is heavily involved in the day‑to‑day delivery of the works, rather than a traditional Project Manager position that is primarily client‑facing.

Key Requirements:

• Strong civils construction background
• Experience across enabling works, groundworks and/or infrastructure
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site delivery
• Strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and commercial delivery
• Data centre experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Stable permanent employment history with good tenure is essential
