The project:

We are currently supporting the construction of the first new generation of nuclear power station, the first to be constructed in the UK for 30 years. As it stands this project is one of the biggest construction projects in Europe, located 15 miles from Bridgewater. Once complete the 2 new nuclear reactors will provide zero-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes.

You’ll also have:

  • Working towards membership of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector.

  • Construction management expertise.

  • Developing commercial and financial acumen.

  • Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.

  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
