Responsible for managing specific delivery areas or work packages on projects, ensuring adherence to KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Programme. Works as part of the Construction Delivery team, building and maintaining relationships with Trade/Sub Contractors, internal and external colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Manage the structure and/or fit-out of specific areas, ensuring standards for site conditions, programme, quality, and safety are met.
  • Liaise with Project Package Managers regarding programme and critical path works.
  • Lead forecast Lookahead Meetings, providing detailed Planned vs. Actual data and escalating deviations.
  • Utilize the Project Digital Strategy and manage project information effectively.
  • Oversee close-out processes, QA/QC plans, ITPs, and handovers.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and promote best practices.
  • Support sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives during project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, especially in Structural, Facade, and Fit-Out disciplines.
  • Experience managing small packages or areas from start to finish onsite.
  • Proven site management experience, with strong communication skills.
  • Managerial CSCS Card, SMSTS certification, and relevant construction qualifications.
  • Understanding of Programmes, Critical Paths, and MEP basics.
  • Recognized professional accreditation (e.g., CIOB) preferred.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
