Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is building delivery teams for the Net Zero Teesside Power project in the UK. We are seeking experienced construction managers from mechanical, piping and process backgrounds to lead safe, efficient delivery on a landmark energy project.

The role focuses on managing significant mechanical and piping work packages within a major EPC environment, coordinating across trades and interfaces, and ensuring site readiness and quality throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Strong construction management experience within mechanical, piping or process engineering.
• Experience delivering significant mechanical or piping work packages on major projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and quality on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical and piping packages on the Net Zero Teesside Power project.
• Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors and interfaces to maintain schedule.
• Ensure safe, right-first-time delivery through robust planning and site readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, supply chain and commissioning teams.
