Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Construction Manager for a contract in the Renewables and Energy sector, based in Gloucestershire. You'll lead large-scale civils packages, interconnected pipelines, access roads, drainage and foundations, ensuring safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires CM tickets (SMSTS, TWC, IOSH, First Aid) and strong leadership to motivate site teams. Start October 2026; contract up to 3 years with a competitive day rate.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction management on large-scale civils projects.
• Experience with pipelines, access roads, drainage and foundations.
• Valid CM tickets: SMSTS, TWC, IOSH and First Aid.
• Excellent communication and leadership of site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site teams to deliver programmes on time and to spec.
• Coordinate heavy civils, pipelines, access roads and foundations.
• Manage safety, quality and progress reporting on site.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budget and scope changes.
