Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £1m Cat B fit-out in Manchester, with approximately 4 weeks remaining on a 16-week programme. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality and client expectations to drive completion.

Ideal candidates have proven Cat A/Cat B fit-out delivery experience and strong handover skills, with excellent communication and the ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Cat A/Cat B commercial fit-out projects
• Experience working for a D&B fit-out contractor
• Ability to manage project completion and handover phases
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills

Contractor: Design & Build Fit-Out Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a £1m Cat B fit-out project in Manchester. The project has approximately 4 weeks remaining on a 16-week programme and requires a strong Site Manager capable of driving the project through to successful completion, managing subcontractors, quality, health & safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordination and management of subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Managing quality inspections, snagging and project close-out
• Liaising with the client, design team and stakeholders
• Producing site reports and maintaining project records

Support Structure

• A visiting Project Manager will attend site approximately once per week to provide additional support and oversight.
