Job summary

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager to join a privately owned, design-led housebuilder building high quality homes across the South Coast. You will work closely with the Construction Director to drive delivery of live schemes with a strong pipeline starting 2027.

You will take full ownership of operational delivery on all live developments, ensuring sites are programmed, sequenced and resourced to achieve the highest standards.

• Required background: Housebuilding.

Our client is a privately owned, design led housebuilder who have a first-class reputation for delivering high quality homes across the South Coast.

With a number of sites already in production coupled with strong pipeline of future work due to start in 2027, we are looking to appoint Construction Manager to join the business to work closely with the Construction Director and drive the delivery of their live schemes.

You will take full ownership of the operational delivery of all live developments whilst ensuring every site is programmed, sequenced and resourced to achieve the highest standards possible.
