The Construction team is an integral part of the transformation and provides expertise, and drives change to achieve maximum commercial value, ensuring our property portfolio is fit for purpose to support the operation.
To support the construction strategy, we have vacancy for a RegionalConstruction Manager, to deliver capital improvement projects within the South East, London, Norfolk, Suffolk and Anglia regions.
The role
As the Construction Manager, you’ll be lead and implement capital improvement projects from inception to completion by engaging, appointing, and managing relevant teams from the CPSF / Contractor Framework. You’ll be responsible for the execution of construction projects (capital and opex) with accountability for all aspects of the development and delivery. This includes overseeing the cost, schedule, scope, quality and safety during the initiation, design, procurement, and construction of the complete range of property programmes and customer investment plans within Property & Facilities Solutions (PFS).
