Within the @one Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain. We deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.
We are preparing for AMP8, our most ambitious Asset Management Period, which will involve a larger and more innovative project portfolio focused on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

We are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee quality, cost, and timely delivery of on-site construction activities, leading Site Managers and on-site resources.
Proven experience managing operational resources in a fast-paced environment, with a relevant HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Experience with large water structures is essential. Hold a Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme, along with a CSCS Card (minimum Black). Demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel across the Anglian Water region.
