Qualifications

• Previous UK HE lecturing experience.

• Track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on similar HE programmes.
• High level of reporting skills and ability to maintain thorough student records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support to help students meet the needs of today's construction industry, including the legal, environmental and technological context in which it operates.
• Track progress with purpose by providing meaningful feedback on individual and class progress, explaining where work fails to meet criteria, and suggesting improvements.
• Elevate the student experience by documenting and evaluating teaching to identify areas for improvement.
