Kingsley Green Recruitment Group is working with a leading construction business to appoint a Paralegal on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to support its legal team in London.

The role focuses on construction litigation and downstream construction claims within an in-house environment, offering exposure to a broad range of contentious matters and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Paralegal with construction litigation experience.
• Experience supporting downstream construction claims and disputes.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and the claims process.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support management of construction litigation and downstream construction claims.
• Assist with preparation and review of legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
• Manage claim files, maintain documentation and monitor deadlines.
• Support solicitors and wider legal team with dispute resolution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external solicitors and other parties.
• Assist gathering of evidence, review contractual docs and prepare case materials.
