The successful candidate will have experience in non-contentious construction matters within a UK private practice and be organised, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience on non-contentious construction matters within a UK private practice.
• Experience with construction documentation including building contracts and warranties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support lawyers on non-contentious construction matters for UK real estate projects.
• Assist with contracts, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees and escrow agreements.
• Collaborate across practice groups and meet demanding deadlines.
