Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking a Construction lawyer with at least one year of PQE to join its well-regarded Construction team. The role covers drafting and negotiating construction, development and project documentation, and advising on procurement and contracting strategies for complex development and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will join a specialist Projects, Development & Construction team with broad exposure to real estate, housing, property investment and large-scale

Qualifications

• Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
• At least 1 year’s PQE in construction or housing.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction work.
• Experience in commercial or housing development work would be advantageous.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, development and project documentation.
