Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Industry Placement Adviser for a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027, primarily based at our Slough & Langley College campuses. The role covers 30 hours per week across 40 weeks a year, with pro rata pay aligned to experience.

You will connect the construction sector with education, arranging on-site placements, visiting employers, and mentoring students to meet course standards. A full manual driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in practical trades, site management, or subcontracting.
• Passion for mentoring young people and helping them start careers.
• Full manual driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Connect the construction industry with education to secure on-site placements.
• Build strong employer partnerships and coordinate site-based opportunities.
• Travel to employer sites and liaise with college staff.
