Nelson Permanent Placements is recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager on behalf of a construction specialist. The role is hands-on with regular site attendance and leadership of HSE across projects.

You will implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, review RAMS, CDM 2015 compliance and lead investigations while engaging site teams and subcontractors. A driving licence and NEBOSH qualification are essential.

Formación

• Essential HSE qualifications and experience.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK Legislation.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong communication skills and driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and continual improvement of HSE standards across projects.
• Site presence to monitor activities and manage RAMS and permits.
• Investigate incidents and lead RIDDOR assessments when needed.
• Ensure environmental controls and waste management meet ISO standards.
