Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting an experienced Health and Safety Advisor for a leading groundworks and civils contractor based in Northamptonshire. You will travel across sites within a 40 mile radius, conducting audits, guiding high-risk operations and investigating incidents to ensure compliance.

The role requires NEBOSH accreditation and a CSCS card, with a fully expensed company vehicle and a pension scheme as part of the package.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH accreditation is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Background in construction or civils preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety across multiple live construction sites.
• Conduct site audits and safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Keep up to date with legislation and advise on high-risk operations.
