Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor based in Northamptonshire, covering sites across the local area within a 40 mile radius. You will perform hands-on safety support, audits, incident investigations and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance and safe operations.

A background in construction or civils is preferred, and NEBOSH accreditation with CSCS card are key prerequisites for the role. This is an office-based posting with site travel.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH accreditation required or in the process.
• CSCS Card held or obtaining it is expected.
• Construction or civils background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health and Safety across multiple live construction sites.
• Conduct site audits and prepare safety reports.
• Provide safety guidance on high risk operations and incidents.
• Keep up to date with new health and safety legislation.
