Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting an experienced Health and Safety Advisor for a major groundworks and civils contractor based in the Midlands. The role covers office-based work in Northamptonshire with travel within a 40-mile radius to sites across the Home Counties.

You will conduct site audits, advise on high-risk operations, investigate incidents, and liaise with stakeholders on health and safety matters.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH accreditation required.
• CSCS Card required.
• Construction or civils background preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety across multiple live construction sites.
• Conduct site audits and provide safety guidance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports.
