Job summary

Abri Group is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for Development & New Build to provide practical safety guidance across our development and construction teams from early design through to site delivery.

You will conduct site visits and audits, work with contractors and designers to ensure CDM compliance, and help teams implement robust risk controls while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience providing health and safety advice in construction, development or new build.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations.
• NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Construction certificate required.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical health and safety guidance across development and new build projects.
• Carry out site visits, audits and monitoring with contractors and designers.
• Review project documentation and advise on risk controls.
• Challenge non-compliant practices and support practical risk mitigation.
