Job summary

Lorclon Ltd is looking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to support construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. This role involves working closely with project teams, site managers and subcontractors to maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance on site.

You will provide practical H&S support on live sites, carrying out audits, reviewing RAMS, advising on risk controls and promoting safe systems of work.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety experience within construction or related sectors.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on approach to site safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular site visits, inspections and Health & Safety audits.
• Providing practical H&S advice to site managers, supervisors and project teams.
• Reviewing RAMS and other site safety documentation.
• Monitoring site activities to identify hazards, assess risks and recommend control measures.
• Supporting the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and site-specific requirements.
• Working with subcontractors and site personnel to promote safe systems of work.
• Delivering and supporting toolbox talks, site inductions and safety briefings.
• Monitoring housekeeping, PPE compliance and general site safety standards.
• Assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety procedures.
• Helping to develop and maintain a positive Health & Safety culture across all projects.
