Utilise Recruitment Ltd. South London is seeking an HSE Advisor to deliver practical, on-site safety leadership across live construction and refurbishment projects in the South London portfolio.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent) and IOSH Certification, with 3+ years’ CDM experience. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across London are essential, along with SC clearance for sensitive sites.

Competenze

• CDM-compliant HSE guidance on live sites.
• Experience across fast-paced construction environments.
• Ability to review RAMS and SSOW and drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Provide operational HSE support across live sites, ensuring alignment with UK safety legislation.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews across the portfolio.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
• Lead incident investigations and embed corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site leadership to promote zero-harm culture.
