London Square is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support and mentor project operations teams across sites in the South region. The role emphasizes maintaining the SHE framework, producing clear, evidence-based reports, and ensuring safe practices in line with UK legislation.

Travel to project sites using your own car and occasional visits to the head office in Uxbridge are required. NEBOSH Construction Certificate is essential, along with a valid driving licence and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience as a SHE Advisor in construction, residential preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
• NEBOSH Health & Safety Construction Certificate is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to multi sites in the South region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close communications with the Health & Safety Manager and report issues promptly.
• Review compliance with the SHE Management framework across sites visited and inspected.
• Ensure SHE reports include clear findings with photographic evidence and discuss with Site Manager before issuing.
• Support Safe System of Work reviews for High Risk activities across sites.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices and compliance with Safe Systems of Work.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety Manager on non-compliant site reports when needed.
