Job summary

Principal People are recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading London construction contractor on a portfolio of central London projects. You will provide practical advice, conduct site inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture across busy sites.

With NEBOSH certificates and a background in construction, you’ll own projects, work closely with site teams and management, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a £55,000 salary, car/car allowance, generous leave,

Qualifications

NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate required.
Experience as Health & Safety Advisor in construction or related industry.
Ideally with experience at Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractor.

Responsibilities

Provide practical Health & Safety advice and support across multiple construction projects in Central London.
Work with Site Managers, Project Managers and operational teams to promote a positive safety culture.
Conduct site inspections, audits and reviews to ensure compliance with H&S legislation and standards.
Build strong relationships with site teams, encouraging open communication and near-miss reporting.
