Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a construction contractor with a strong regional presence in the South West. The role operates hybrid, combining home-based work with site visits, and reports to the Head of Health and Safety.

You will support multiple projects, build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors, and influence safety practices. Essential NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, with NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent desirable.

Formación

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate is essential.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Construction sector experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support site teams and subcontractors with compliance through engagement and relationships.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.
• Write and review RAMS and SSOWs.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Deliver toolbox talks and lead safety initiatives.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
